1. Introduction

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which payments for services booked through Mester24 may be refunded.
Because Mester24 connects customers with independent service professionals (“Mesteri”), refunds depend on the nature of the issue, the service delivered, and the applicable Moldovan regulations.

By booking a service through Mester24, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

2.1 Service Not Provided

If the assigned Mester does not arrive and no service is performed, you are eligible for a full refund.

2.2 Incomplete Service

If the service is only partially completed, Mester24 may issue a partial refund based on the scope of the unfinished work.

2.3 Poor Quality of Service

If the service quality is significantly below expected standards, Mester24 may:
   •    offer a partial refund,
   •    or arrange a re-visit at no extra cost (subject to review).

2.4 Cancellations by Mester24 or the Provider

If Mester24 or the assigned Mester cancels the booking, you will receive a full refund.

3. Situations Not Eligible for Refunds

Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

3.1 Customer Cancellation Without Notice

If you cancel less than 3 hours before the appointment time.

3.2 Incorrect Address or No Access

If the Mester cannot perform the service due to:
   •    incorrect address,
   •    no access to property,
   •    customer unavailability.

3.3 Customer-Provided Materials

Refunds are not issued for materials purchased by the customer independently.

3.4 Dissatisfaction Based on Price Alone

If the service was completed properly and as described.

4. Response Time for Refund Requests

Once submitted, refund requests are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days.
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. How to Request a Refund

   •    Photos or documentation (if applicable)

6. Payment Method of Refund

Refunds are returned via the same payment method used during booking.
Cash payments may be refunded via bank transfer.

Mester24 may update this policy from time to time.
Changes will be posted on this page with a revised update date.
